Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, client-centric Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, nurturing relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring successful delivery of our services. You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate project delivery, manage expectations, and identify upsell opportunities. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and smooth account operations.
Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (consultants, analysts, project managers). Develop deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and environments. Oversee onboarding of new clients and coordinate kickoffs with delivery teams. Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timelines, and quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues that could impact client satisfaction or project success. Drive account growth through cross-sell and upsell of relevant consulting services. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans. Conduct regular business reviews with clients (monthly, quarterly) to report on outcomes, solicit feedback, and align on next steps. Serve as a client advocate internally, ensuring responsiveness and resource alignment. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to surface insights from client engagements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline). 3+ years of account management, client success, or consulting experience (B2B consulting/agency environment preferred). Strong communicator—able to present ideas, proposals, and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously. Comfortable working cross-functionally, aligning internal teams to meet client needs. Strategic mindset with a bias toward growth and revenue opportunities. Excellent problem-solving skills; able to think ahead and pivot as required. Proficiency in CRM/account management tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in management consulting, tech consulting, or professional services. Understanding of data analytics, digital transformation, or operations optimization. Track record of achieving upsell / expansion targets. Experience working in remote or hybrid settings. Compensation:
Pay rate: $55 per hour
Eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses
