Job Summary/Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Insider Pizza Maker & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting mouth-watering pizzas while providing outstanding service to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with both food and people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a pizza-making or restaurant environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Education & Experience Requirements
