Job Summary/Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to independently manage and enhance our social media presence. In this part-time remote role, you will work closely with the founders to develop and execute social media strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive user engagement. If you are passionate about social media and have a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize content and strategies.
Collaborate with the founders to align social media initiatives with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the tech or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to communication.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
